  • At AI•conic! Verve, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make the return process easy and stress-free, while also encouraging sustainable consumption to reduce unnecessary returns. We truly appreciate your support in these efforts!

  • We accept returns on most products within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping provider. Returns are accepted for:

    ✔️ Change of heart

    ✔️ Incorrect size

  • Please note: Return shipping costs to our headquarters in Switzerland are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products.

How To Initiate A Return

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to 👉 account.aiconic-verve.com.

Log in to your account

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store

and then enter a six-digit verification code.

Click the order

that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason

and add a note for the store.

Click "Submit request".

Important!

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached, you receive a refund. You can submit return requests only for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

Ship your item using any tracked shipping service and provide the tracking number to us. If the return is lost in transit and we do not receive a tracking number, we will be unable to process your refund.

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund Eligibility

    To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be:

    ✔️ Unworn, unused, and in original condition

    ✔️ Returned with all tags attached

    ✔️ Free from any signs of wear or damage

  • Damaged or Defective Products

    If your item arrives damaged or with a defect:

    ✔️ Contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue.

    ✔️ No return required: For defective items, you can keep the product, and we’ll process your refund or send a replacement—your choice!

  • Refund Process

    Change of Heart/Incorrect Size: After the item passes our quality check, we’ll refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping) within 7-10 business days.

    Defective Products: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation, with no need to return the item.

  • Excluded Items

    We cannot accept returns for:

    ✔️ Hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments)

    ✔️ Products damaged after delivery (e.g., holes, rips, dirt)
