Welcome to AI•conic! Verve. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Application

AI•conic! Verve offers print-on-demand products, where we create the designs and collaborate with third-party suppliers for printing and fulfillment. While our suppliers handle production and shipping, we are responsible for the design and overall quality of the products, managing and operating the platform for product offerings and transactions to ensure a smooth customer experience.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when you place an order on our website. Your order constitutes a contractual agreement, and we confirm this agreement by sending you an order confirmation email. The contract is finalized once you receive this confirmation.

3. Right of Return / Right of Withdrawal

General Return Policy: We accept returns on most products within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping provider. You may return items for the following reasons:

  • Change of heart
  • Incorrect size

Return shipping costs to our headquarters in Switzerland are your responsibility unless the product is defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a return request: Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
  2. Log in to your account: In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue". In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached, you receive a refund. You can submit return requests only for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

Ship your item using any tracked shipping service and provide the tracking number to us. If the return is lost in transit and we do not receive a tracking number, we will be unable to process your refund. Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from signs of wear or damage

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct a value compensation (up to 100%) if the items show signs of wear, damage, or stains (e.g., make-up or sweat).

Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within ideally 24 hours. No return is necessary for defective items—you may keep the product, and we will process your refund or send a replacement based on your preference.

Refund Processing:

  • For non-defective returns, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the item passes our quality check.
  • For defective products, refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation of the issue.

Excluded Items: We cannot accept returns for hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments) or products that have been damaged after delivery (e.g., holes, rips, or dirt caused by the customer or environment).

4. Price Information and Shipping Costs

Price: All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your location.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and are added at checkout. For international deliveries, additional charges may apply. Shipping costs for full returns are non-refundable.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for selected orders, as detailed on the product page.

5. Delivery – Delivery Area

We deliver to the European Union, selected European Non-EU countries, and Switzerland. Deliveries are made to the address specified during checkout, which may include your mailbox, doorstep, or curbside, depending on the size of the item and delivery service used.

6. Delivery – Delivery Times

  • EU Countries: Typically 3 to 10 business days.
  • European Non-EU and Worldwide: Typically 5 to 14 business days.

7. Lost Orders

We are not responsible for lost orders. If the tracking service shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact your local postal service for assistance.

8. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Payment Modalities: Payment is due at the time of order. Credit card transactions are processed immediately, and refunds for prepaid orders will be issued upon confirmation. Installment payments are not currently available.

9. Late Payment

Since payment is due at the time of order, late payment policies are not applicable.

10. Data Privacy in the Ordering Process

Data Handling: We collect and process address information necessary for order fulfillment. We do not perform credit checks or share your data with third parties for processing, nor do we provide your address to other companies for marketing purposes.

11. Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment is received. This helps protect our ownership rights until payment is complete.

12. Warranty / Guarantees

Warranty: We offer a warranty that covers replacement or a price reduction in case of defects for which we are responsible. Details on claiming warranty can be found on our Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds page.

Additional Guarantees: Any guarantees extending beyond legal requirements will be specified separately.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

General Liability: We assume no liability for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of the information on our website. We exclude claims for damages, whether material or immaterial, arising from the use or non-use of this information, misuse of the connection, or technical disturbances.

Content Changes: All offers are non-binding. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or delete parts of the site or the entire offer without prior notice, and we may also temporarily or permanently cease publication.

14. Liability for Links

References and links to third-party websites are outside our control, and we disclaim all responsibility for such websites. Accessing and using such websites is at your own risk.

15. Copyright

Ownership: All copyright and other rights to content, images, photos, or other files on the website belong exclusively to AI•conic! Verve or the specifically named rights holders. Reproduction of any elements requires prior written consent from the copyright holders.

16. Legal Information and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law: Swiss law governs these Terms of Service. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in accordance with Swiss law.

Jurisdiction: The competent court for all disputes arising from these Terms of Service is in Zürich, Switzerland.
